This course is an overview of HIPAA & Related Privacy & Security Related Laws, and the responsibilities of Agents and Business Associates. This course will provide a general overview of the privacy & security laws and provide agents with a better understanding of how the laws and business associates rules apply to them.

Course Number: 331832 | 1-Hour CEU. This is part 1 of a 2-part series of classes. However, it is not required to take both classes to receive credit. Each one hour CE Class (Part 1 and Part 2) stands on its own.
